How to Request Account & Data Deletion
You can request permanent deletion of your account and personal data at any time through our automated support helpline or by sending an email from your registered email address or phone number:
What Data is Deleted
- •Profile credentials (Full Name, Phone Number, Email)
- •Saved doorstep service addresses and GPS coordinates
- •Active device notification tokens and push permissions
- •Cart items and saved booking drafts
Deletion Timeline & Statutory Retention
Processing Timeline: Account and personal identifiers are removed from our active database within 7 working days of identity confirmation.
Statutory Exceptions: Financial transaction logs and GST invoice receipts for completed cleaning services are retained as legally required under Indian tax and accounting compliance statutes (IT Act & GST laws), after which they are purged.
